This page explains how the Ruloh directory works. Ruloh is owned and operated by Mere Muse LLC (“Ruloh,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1) What the directory is for
The directory is a research tool. It helps you discover business brokers and related service providers. It is not a recommendation or endorsement.
2) What we publish
A directory profile may include business-related information such as:
- Name
- Firm or company name (if applicable)
- Title or role
- Business address (or city and state)
- Business phone number
- Business website or contact link
- Public professional profile links (such as LinkedIn)
Some profiles may include additional fields if a provider claims a profile and submits additional information.
3) Where profile information comes from
Profile information may come from:
- Publicly available sources (for example, a provider’s website)
- Information submitted by the provider
- Information submitted by others (for example, correction requests), where permitted
We may edit formatting, shorten text, standardize labels, or remove content to keep profiles readable and consistent.
4) Unclaimed vs claimed profiles
Unclaimed profiles
Some profiles may be published without the provider’s involvement. These profiles may be incomplete or outdated.
Claimed profiles
If a provider claims a profile, they can request updates. We may review updates before publishing them.
5) Claiming a profile
If you represent a provider, you can request to claim a profile. We may require proof that you are authorized. We may approve or deny claims in our discretion.
We may revoke a claim if we believe it is unauthorized or misleading.
6) Corrections and disputes
If you believe a profile is inaccurate, contact us at: support@ruloh.com.
To help us resolve issues faster, include:
- The profile URL
- What you believe is incorrect
- A link to evidence (for example, the provider’s website page)
We may ask for more information before making a change. We may decline requests that are abusive, repetitive, or unsupported.
We may decline removal requests except where required by law.
7) Content we do not publish (or may remove)
We may reject or remove content that is:
- False or misleading
- Defamatory, harassing, or unlawful
- Confidential or sensitive personal information
- Copyrighted images or text you do not have rights to use
- Claims like “best,” “top,” or “#1” that cannot be substantiated
8) Paid placements and advertising
Ruloh may offer paid placements, sponsorships, or advertising in the future.
If a listing is paid for placement, we will label it (for example, “Sponsored”). Paid placement is not a recommendation or endorsement.
9) No guarantees
We do not guarantee that directory information is complete, accurate, or current. You should verify details before contacting a provider or engaging services.
