- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past six (6) months, if any.

7.1 Free Resources
Access to free resources, such as hiring checklists, toolkits, and guides, is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, distribute, or reproduce these materials without our prior written consent.
7.2 Paid E-Books and Coaching
- Paid e-books and digital good such as the “Team Growth Bundle,” and coaching sessions are subject to a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase, provided that no significant use of the materials or services has occurred.
- “Significant use” includes, but is not limited to, downloading more than 50% of an e-book, digital good, or attending more than one coaching session.
- Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to e-books, digital good, guides, templates, coaching materials, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Mere Muse LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
